Infosys Bhubaneshwar Concludes Women in IT 2.0

Bhubaneshwar – August 28, 2019:Infosys Bhubaneshwar Development Center (DC) recently concluded the second edition of its Women in Technology Conclave - WinIT2.0, after the success of the first edition in September last year. The theme of this year’s conclave was 'Women@workplace', creating a platform for women leaders and academia to come together, network and learn from each other.

The primary goal of the conclave was to 'engage and enable', facilitating a platform for individuals with the Win IT team, striving to bring forth experiences and stories from role models within and outside the industry to inspire and motivate the participants.

Eminent women leaders shared their insights on varied topics such as 'Equity and Equality', 'Being Fearless', and many more. There was a panel discussion on ‘The Power of Inclusion’ which emphasized on women leaders’ participation in boardrooms and as senior leaders, the barriers to female leadership, managing stress and work life balance, the importance of an inclusive culture for an organization, and how women can keep up with the fast changing technology trends.

100+ delegates attended WinIT2.0 from various organizations such as TCS, Tech Mahindra, CSM Technologies, ESSPL, Infosys, Capgemini, M/s Spatial Planning & Analysis Research Centre Pvt. Ltd., KIIT, IIIT, NIST, CET, Silicon Institute of Technology and Weaverbird Engineering and Technology Pvt Ltd. among others.
