Mark is a transformational business executive with strategic, tactical and proven experience to help Global 1000 companies as he advises them to deliver superior business and technology transformations. He consistently delivers exceptional results as an engagement lead, and for all aspects of transformation related to Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O), Quality, Finance & Accounting (F&A), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources (HR), Procurement and other industry related functions. Mark leads global companies through their transformations in several industries including; CPG, health care & life sciences, technology & software, services, manufacturing, energy and utilities, financial services, and retail.

Mark has over 25 years of leadership, management and decision making experience with proven success at every level. Mark specializes in defining sourcing and operational strategies and then designing, building, implementing, integrating and managing transformations: onshore, near-shore and offshore. These transformations can be enabled through global business services (GBS), centers of excellence (COE), shared services, outsourcing, technology and/or typically a combination of all. Mark counsels and coaches client senior leadership through their transformation and focuses on developing and delivering the right strategy, tactics and practical advice that provides a balance of operational, organizational, commercial/contracting, technology, and financial structuring.

Mark is a global business leader who looks to optimize the value of a client’s SG&A spend while managing and mitigating the associated risks. Also, he travels globally and speaks at conferences and with clients on topics of sourcing, third party management, vendor / supplier risk, IT and BPO, GBS, shared services, multi-tiered global delivery models and other related service delivery and back office operating models.
